Scope includes providing supervision, coordination, direction and monitoring of the performance of the installation and erection by Kusile Project Contractors. Conducting constructability reviews, databook management, and construction turn over management. Ensuring execution of construction is in accordance to project specifications and drawings. Enforcing Safety and adherence to Quality requirements, Construction Execution Management and Milestone tracking.
